If they find it important, PR will convert for the sake of their kids. -
Well… Was he SG citizen before or after his kid got into the sch?
Cos’ both reports mentioned year 2009…
Would he or other PRs convert for this reason?
Or look for greener pastures?

They can still try their luck at P2B. At least they still more chance than P2C SC. But if P2B requires balloting then those PR might lose outNo more PR vying for priority/connection vacancies?
