employ a maid if the in-laws staying together. Everything they want ask the maid, everything you want also ask the maid. Somehow money is another issue. Who pay for the maid salary? ask the siblings to share. On top of that monthly allowance also must ask the siblings to give. This is responsibility.

But first is your the other half, the eldest child? if he/she is the youngest child, the demand above is usually very difficult to handle.

        buds:
Mine has been hugging me and kissing my forehead each time we meet and part ways of late. Thankfully it's not often that we have to meet up. 😓 Those who have seen her doing it to me before will say i very bad. Cos she hugging me so passionately, my arms just lithely still parked at the side of my body. No response wan. Dun tell me i must passionately hug her back and kiss her too?

        :yikes:

My FIL is terribly hen-pecked. He loves

stout and drinks it like water. As for his other half, she smokes like a chimney. Both of them buy economy rice for lunch and dinner, keeping the money to smoke and drink.

Told my hubby to advise his mother to cook simple meals…they are terribly haggard and weak. But he said he has given up saying it. Since this favorite son’s words also fallen on deaf ears, have to give up.

during courtship really must assess the other half’s parents and family background. Love isn’t suppose to be blind. Must be obeservant when the first time boyfriend brings to see his family.

This I totally agree. From having horns to being an angel ? :nailbite: don't give me that...I will not fall for it.

If the boyfriend and his family put up a show, it is very hard to continue to act. Hang around for 2-3 hours, their true colours will show. If still acting, then visit them again. How long can they act ?

B4 I got married, the old one told me must be genuine...I still remember telling her I don't believe in acting. I am what I am. I dont have to act.
