Hi hi very new to this forum.Any idea does the school offer after school care? My son is entering P1 next year

They have asked for our opinion on school after hours care but no news so far.

For student care outside, there is one at Mountbatten CC which many KHS students go to cos it’s next to the school. That is, based on the assumption that we should have moved back by then.

Most of the new school's structures are already up & they look pretty impressive . The whole area looks hugh but packed with many blocks of building. The school has shown some pictures of the new premise to the students and my ds said the toilets look like 'hotel standard' with nice taps & marble tiles (I think it should be marble look alike tiles).

Understand there is a ballot going on for school start hrs next yr2013 when all will move. Any confirmation on the start hrs yet? 8am?


Any parents with kids staying more than 2km away from school?
Can feedback on the school bus fetching time from your house?

Really? Ballot for change in hours? That's interesting. But that would mean ending school later? :oops:

Yes, that is what I think so. If its going to start at 8am, I guess it needs to end at 2pm. That means our kids will laterally have their miserable & unhealthy meals in schools everyday! So sad!

I am more afraid of seeing the "rush hour" syndrome. Can you imagine all levels come before school time?
