all these high property price playing will come to an end when....... Bernanke up the interest rate.... but when will he do it is the Big question.... he has to make sure the economy and stock market is healthy enough before he can do it .... as he has to look after the stock market as well....

if you shop around Singapore banks, they do offer you interest rate cap of up to 1.4% p.a. for a few years on your borrowing ...... cheaper than your CPF rate.....what does it say ?

so still have 3 years to play???.... but no one knows for sure..... DJI has gone up to around 13k almost reaching the 14k all time high.... actually Bernanke doesn't have to do it this or next year... he just has to send some signal to the market during the FOMC meeting that he intend to hike the rate and that is enough to drive the market down.....

Bernanke already said enough that interest rates will remain extreme low due to the state of the economy, he will not be raising interest rates in the foreseeable future


He is providing certainty to the market. The FOMC will continue to say low interest rates is needed.

set aside $ for his expenses/fees till graduation

pay for a holiday for all the ppl that had been there when really needed

change the kitchen - so many things are starting to fall apart

also change the kitchens of those aunties that had provided such lovely meals for us (haha, this will ensure more good food to come!)

buy piano for boy boy & get private music teacher for him & me

work half days

buy new set of shirts/pants - will get it from a tailor this time and eat at those famous restaurants!
