can i ask, after JMC why lesser students are proceeding to JXC but opt for 1-to-1 ? is that mean JXC is not that good or something? if the student is doing fine in JMC, she will for JXC, learning in group is more fun i feel.

In ideal situation, JXC will be more fun compared to 1 - 1 lesson. JXC is a good course covering musicianship topics on top of repertoires. However, a lot depends on the individual child in JXC. Parents no longer sit in with them, some children find 'new lease' of freedom and starts being unattentive.
Another factor also depends on the whole synergy of the whole class (friendship). Sometimes, a whole class is very hardworking, and the positive peer pressure propels everyone.

It all voice down to the individual child's attitude in learning. Many parents goes for paper qualifications and switch their kids to individual to try obtain graded certificate. However, if a child can cope, best to have JXC (musicianship) and individual lessons (for techniques and graded exams) concurrently.

My DD 7 yr old in June now doing Yamaha JXC. She has keen interest in playing piano though has been practicing on Yamaha electone. I am buying a piano for her and like to start her on 1 to 1 piano lesson running concurrent with Yamaha classes. Having read too many issues with music schools and private teachers in this thread hence hope to have recommendation of piano teacher in Queenstown areas for lesson during weekends. Anyone have good motivating teacher to recommend?

          Thanks!

I am not from china , please !!! I am local.

My beginner fees is cheaper than market price because I hope that all kids got a chance to learn piano . I love music& piano and I hoping that all my students can learn piano with afforable fees. There is not necessary to charge high fees ! As long as I happy !! I am going to study at lasalle college of art . Gonna take diploma and BA in music performance .

                    Really make me unhappy

I am sorry if I made you unhappy. So can you clarify or rewrite your original message? In the original message you said you are currently studying for your diploma or degree, yet in this reply you said you are going to study in LaSalle. So which one is correct? Your information has to be clear if you want people to take you seriously.
