Thanks for reply. When will we have to exercise DSA offer option? I thought it is before PSLE?
It's after PSLE. So you'll have an idea on how well you performed at PSLE and make your decision about whether you still want to accept the DSA offer from the school. -
Okay, that sounds fair! Thanks a lot jtoh.

I think we have to exercise the option to select which DSA school before the release of PSLE results. There is a Exercise School Preference Stage, end of October before the PSLE results, where we have to submit our selections.
Can check it out at this website :

Hello,
Just to add ... we exercise our selections end Oct but the posting result (to tell us which DSA offer is allocated) will be out only on results day. (based on what I understood from the flowchart) - Pls correct my understandings if I am wrong, cos my dd is also intending to DSA .... so I am also trying to gather info.
Regards.

Regards.[/quote]Yes, that's what I meant. You exercise your DSA CO after taking your PSLE. That is in October. So you have an idea of how you think you performed. It's not before your PSLE results. You will know which school you're posted to at the same time that you get your PSLE results. -
To be honest, that is still a bit risky. What I feel may not be what I really get. But at least better than before PSLE.

Oh jtoh, sorry! I re-read your post. That's right, you said after PSLE, not after PSLE results. Guess I mis-read it. Blur me!! sincere apologies !

We can't have our cake and eat it too. So the best advice is only accept the DSA CO for a school you really want to go to and not a second choice school.
