I am still here today...is that I have the following responsible

      a)as a parent to my 2 kids
b)as a daughter to look after my my elderly parents... :grphug:

So I must constantly remind myself with all this Roots of wisdom....
that Life Must GO on.... :nunchuk:

      Not to affect Others...

To learn to forgive and let go....which I am still learning....

I guess , in my previous life ...I must have done a lot of mean things.... :gloomy:

So this life I am made to shoulder many multi roles..... 😓

      Work until die.... 😓

No need to live until ripe age , once responsiblities are completed , money all used up ...time to return IC to the government.... :skeptical:

Do not want to be a burden to the society....
I think 20 years from now when I am a senior citizen , I might be one of this elderly to pass away alone in the house....only to be discovered when body rots and give out a bad smell.....

I have made an AMD , in case I become unconscious....the doctors have the right to terminate my life... :faint:

I have also done the following in case I am met with a mishap:
      a)nominated my CPF/Insurance/DPS
b)hold joint bank accounts with children
c)leave enough money for my elderly parents for the next 20 years...
e)requested my ash to be scattered in the sea....if possible sentosa...
f)no need to spend money to advertise in the newspaper to inform about my death...

Did not make a Will ...reason is I find Wills only benefits the very Rich....
I am not rich...no Stocks , no expensive jewellery(all pawn already)...

Now waiting..... :imconstipated: waiting waiting :imconstipated: for my kids to be independent....

Now Life must GO ON.....rain or shine...happy or sad.... :imanangel:

One Has to have a steadfast Character and Act Accordingly. When there are Setbacks, one must learn from one's mistakes and not wallow in regret.

Carrying the weight of the (your) world on your shoulders
              Author: Sim Pern Yiau

One day i said to XY: “You have been doing yoga 10 years. You have been doing Taiji gong for 2 years. You go for frequent massages. Either your Yoga teacher and I are really lousy teachers, or there is something else deeper that is causing that great tension in your shoulders.”

From observing her, listening to her and sensing between the lines, i have started to guess as much. Clues to her personality and psychology. She cares. She is responsible. To her work. To her children. To her elders parents.

But there is no balance. Fullfilling your duties is not the same as holding yourself responsible for everything. To care is not the same as to carry.

There are more forces, more interconnectedness in the way of things that contribute to their success or failure. When we do something, not all of its success is due to us alone. Not all of its failure too.

Even whether it is going to succeed, whether it is going to fail. Whether the company will thrive, whether it will fall. Whether our loved one will live, whether they will die. Whether if they are happy, whether if they are sad. We have a part to play, but a part, that’s all.

Back to XY. She started to tear. She said: “My husband has been saying the same to me. He said: “I tell you but you don’t believe me. Now your Shifu tells you. Are you going to listen?’ ”

But in the end, it is up to herself, not husband or Shifu. Until she stops carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders, her body will always be tense despite Yoga despite Taiji. Until she sees that it is not her world to carry at all.
