I din breastfeed exclusively for first 2 months. Gave expressed milk at night when confinement lady was around to help. All my kids rejected the breasts and prefer the bottle once they reached 3-4 months old so I gotta pump exclusively from then onwards.

Good thing is you now already have an established milk flow and in a couple of months, your baby would be starting on semi-solid food and requiring less milk.

My three boys didn’t take well to the bottle. DS1 and DS2 finally gave in. But my DS3 doesn’t drink from the bottle at all! And since I don’t work, we didn’t really press the point. But when we went out for date nights, my mum would have to painstakingly feed him via syringe or spoon.


Now it’s OK. He’s past 1 year. When he is hungry, he gets solid food.

How much do the storage milk bags cost? These are pre-sterilized, right? I have been using Pigeon, Gerber and Medela. Medela has been most expensive, but I feel it can be used directly with the Medela pump, so it is useful while travelling.

Nope. No issue with leaking or tearing. I was previously using Boots & Lansinoh which do leak/tear occasionally due to the thin side seams.
This has thick side seams. Good quality. My precious breastmilk are frozen in them.

Thanks once again. Will go try out as the other brands that I have been using are so expensive :moneyflies: but I like pigeon ones too as they come with labelling stickers which stick very well on the bags.
