ya lor all nonsense crap for show only!

days before be a bridegroom soon to receive a bride ... still visit teenage prostitute, bad self control of sinful lust.
      bad start to marriage. :gloomy:
Sometimes, the drama that rich men put up is pure nonsense...appear in Tatler for some great romance...fairy tale like Prince William & Kate ?
The cheek of that Shaw grandson. Don't tell me the long courtship with 2nd wife so innocent? Then all lovey dovey in court, resting his head on her shoulder. Yeeks, my hair is standing.

The good news is underage prostitutes are entitled to legal protection. The law will protects them as they go on with their business.

that's why we have 15 yrs old girls willing to work as social escorts for fast bucks

In that Tatler issue on \" Great Romances\", the couples were interviewed on their \"enduring love\". :yikes:

in fact, he set a very ill example and bad message across all ... bridegroom about to get married.

Just as a bride supposed to keep herself pure and honorable looking forward to that BIG day of forthcoming marriage - bridegroom supposed to do likewise ... ie. honor, love, respect their wives, keep their body pure. The last thing a bridegroom do is to .... hurt their wife immorally.

After this incident, I wonder how long this marriage can endure. Shaw lived in wrong era...if he had lived in Qing dynasty, he could have many concubines, and they can be 16 or 17 years old.

Finally someone asked a question that has been on my mind since the scandal broke! Good job, FQW!

Personally, I feel the underaged hooker should be punished under the law as well. But unfortunately our law tends to protect the underaged when it comes to sex crimes, regardless whether it was consensual or not. But murder is another story. There were previous cases of underaged murderer being jailed for life, at the President's clemency. Remember Anthony Ler's case? I think the 16-yr-old boy is still in jail.

                FQW:
                Soli newbie question here.

Shouldn't that gal be jailed as well, since she also committed an offence against the law.

Or the LAW thinks that gals under 18 can get away with murder?

Hmm… So a below 18 can be charged for murder (n be detained in prison for a period of time) but cannot be charged for prostitution?

‘He’ is matured enuff to know that he cannot murder someone but she is not matured enuff to know that she shouldnt prostitute herself… ??

Sounds abit weird leh… So is a 18 yr old matured or not matured enuff? Or maybe they are selectively matured enuff to do certain thgs…

The boy who was brainwashed to kill Annie Leong is still in prison. Detained at president's pleasure, which is about 20 years at least. It's quite true that the girl should face punishment like a short term in girls' home and counseling to find out why she slept with these men at an age she should be studying hard.

This thread quite quiet hor... 😆

As I read these posts, I wonder if the then-17yo prost will really leave the sex industry after this episode.

                      This website offers some insight:
                      http://thetruthaboutsellingsex.wordpress.com/2012/02/13/answering-more-questions-about-prostitutes-and-the-sex-industry/

To this courtesan blogger (also a student), prostitution is an addiction cos the $$$ gives her the self-esteem she needs badly. Although she is beautiful. Although she is intelligent. Although she ... seems normal.

As I read through the posts on this topic, having this question in mind..

would the wife prefer her husband to visit prostitute, or have an affair??
both are not being faithful, but which is worse??

I know of a REAL case..the husband is having an affair with his ex-girlfriend, who is also married & both already have kids..
It has been going on for ard 2 years, but not discovered by their spouses YET..both claim they are having problems with their spouses..
                        I find it totally unacceptable!!
But as an outsider, though I pity the wife & feel like telling her(who is just an acquaintance, but her hubby who is cheating on her, is my hubby's ex-colleague), but really do not want to be the one to tell her the cruel truth..
in case any unfortunate thing follows, I will become the sinner!! (instead of the her hubby who cheated on her in the 1st place)..
anyway, with this 'principal' case, being an educator, also can do such unfaithful immoral thing, plus the above real case, I just tell myself not to expect too much from people..BUT I still have total trust in my hubby 🙂 at least until now..& hopefully till our hair turn white 🙂
