Do you like your job?

People join companies; People leave their bosses…

LOLMum:
Good one LOLMum!i dont like the 24/7 working hours. public holidays and birthday also got to work.
there are times i resist going away on trips because there is no ME time. i still got to work 24/7.
yeah, most of all, i dislike the cooking. always got a \"C\" or \"D\".
but still it is something i got to do and love to do (minus the cooking).
yeah, i am a SAHM. -
Edureach:
i think another situation is when one reports to someone younger... one must learn to accept bosses who are younger...A boss who likes u is like a mentor. Obviously is important to have inorder to survive and move ahead.
However when one reaches 50, situation always changes. Must learn not to hve any boss after 55.
the best is not to have any bosses after 40... but i still have a boss leh, :stupid: i keep missing my target... :slapshead: -
Never work for a boss who is close to retirement age…
I think I can manage my job well but not my boss. -
i guess i am lucky. i work for something i really like and i am good at. i feel so happy at work, and i have my best friends around me.
that makes a job not a job. -
I’m in a female dominated industry and my experience working for female bosses isn’t pleasant in general. I have quit without a job many times. So I work free lance now.
-
My current job scope involves being a cook, a dish washer, a cleaner, a home tutor, a maid, goods inventory taking, buyer etc.
I like most of my job scopes except as a dish washer (hands too drying) and a cleaner. :rotflmao: Job title: Full time SAHM. -
I am from creative line. I love my job but I love my kids more. Resigned three months ago, still missed my job. The creative satisfaction makes me happy. Already asked my boss to give me some freelance. Find it really hard to be a full time mother.
-
But it’s true… Why are female bosses harder to work with?
Anyway, I think if you do not have a good boss then you must at least have a decent pay. If pay is not attractive you must at least have great colleagues. If you do not even have great colleagues then best to quit and look for other job. -
I also don’t like people who Go all the way out to please the boss! Boot licking staff are aplenty I suppose?!
