      hope I din misundrstand what u hv written, so when your gal put on glasses w normal lens at all time, the degree did not increase dat fast??

      i ask my ds whats the diff with glasses n w/o when doing near wrk, he say w glasses lk abit clearer. Izit his deg hs increase or maybe bettr to wear doing near wrk?
      ya. it depend how much is the myopia. if less than 200, no need wear specs for near wk. if high myopia of cos mus wear even for v near distance

        any recommedation where can I bring kid to do spectacle? As there are too many shops in neighbourhood & how do know whether are they qualified?

          Just Eyes at International plaza.

          they cut their lenses differently with emphasis on focal point and so far my gal myopia has stabilised

              Some damage done yet not enough nutrition to counteract the free radicals. I gave my son fresh carrot/apple/greens juice. You can try giving him Super Lutein too. Good to improve eyesight naturally

                  my frd diabetic dad inlaw took superlutein n his leg whc was supp to b amputated , got well n avoided the surgery but they got thru some contact i not sure where

I see the schools are teaching children to take \"eye break\". But I suspect the main culprits to be mobiles phones. I myself after using mobile phones to play games, find my eyesight going squiggly after a while.

                      Anyone's child already wearing glasses here?
                      so take proper supplement having vitamin A

                        Anyone has small kids ~5yo with 300+ degree longsightedness and need to wear specs? Is it possible to outgrow it?
