      Hi all,

Thanks. My kid don’t like to drink milk.
Although he is 4 this year. His total input of milk is at most 1 spoon.
Coz usually he will only finish half of my 2 spoon mixture of milk.
And he is the shortest in class now.
So I thought he will need calcium gummy. But not easy to find tasty ones.

        Hi Karl12,

Give the goat milk sweet a try… My dd loved that but I completely forgot about that. I did not think of it as a supplement. Was more like a healthier alternative to candies in my family…

I bought Nordic peach flavor for my son…but that fishy smell is still so strong. Bought Scott’s emulsion orange. Only give 2-3 times a week bcos I’m afraid the orange flavor could induce cough or phlegm. Realize boy doesn’t have sinus the next morn when he takes a dose at night.

Sometimes I give manuka too. When my son sat for exams last year, I gave him chicken essence. Gotta pump up those supplements plus lots of liquids this week.

                        Hi Msplee,

I won't advise mixing multiple probiotic & fish oil together. Fish oil (or flaxseed oil) best taken in the morning. Probiotic before sleep or in between meals.

Actually for 7-8 yrs & below, it is advisable to only give flaxseed oil. Barlean's is a safe brand. It is organic.

I have no info or tried Childlife so I can't comment. But the 2 type of supplements you have choose will definitely help to build up yr child's immune system 🙂

You can get both of them at iHerb. From to May 14th, iHerb is offering 10% off orders of $60 or more. Or, receive 5% off orders totaling less than $60. You can click on this link to get another $5 off your purchase (if it is your first): http://www.iherb.com/?rcode=YEN647
