- air ( kept in air-tight container)
- moisture
- warmth (food to be kept in fridge)
Not all things you want to add vinegar as a preservative right!

I think it 3 as just like you have said, not all but it is asking how and how got a lot of ways not only because not all do.

Concept Tested here: Mould needs air, warmth and water to grow.
Clearly, Option A: Food in refrigerator has no warmth.
Option
Food in air-tight container has no air.
Option E: Although this is not what the pupils have learnt about the conditions of growth for mould, but this is a common-sense solution to prevent mould from growing.
Answer for this question: Option 3 (A, C and E)
Increasingly, PSLE has shifted to test on common-sense questions rather than strictly text-book based syllabus. We have to adapt.
