Northernstar, did you use an umbrella that has UV protection when you go out? It helps. I also heard that taking lots of Vit C help, so you might want to include lots of fruits in your diet. Another method is to use whitening mask once a week, cannot be lazy & should see some result in a month.

i seldom use umbrella. only when it rains then i use... ya, also seldom eat fruits but i like to eat vegetables. are u sure use it once a week is gd enough? now, also no time use masks haiz...

Yes, Use umbrella, take Vit C & do mask weekly without fail. I used to be like you - find umbrella troublesome & only use during raining day. Seldom eat fruits or Vit C & lazy to go facial or apply mask weekly, so I look dark & have uneven skin tone. After I become more \"hardworking\", my skin texture improves & skin tone is lighter now. I also apply sun block whenever I go out plus umbrella. At home, I will apply very light sunblock. No choice as I get tan very easily. 😒

Then what can remove blackheads? Only know nose pack and the rubbery brush that can rub on face, to remove them? Haven't try before though.

Steam, squeeze then mask to calm the nose πŸ˜‰
yes, this is what e beautician will do when going facial...
I actually use Neutrogena black head removal serum. It has a heat up effect. After that, I will use faceshop charcoal black head removal pack (got from Korea)... Can't find it locally. I can see lots of black head on the tape. It's satisfying. Also the neutrogena serum makes that area smooth and soft after that.

hi I’m using bha to remove my blackheads. I find it effective in removing them without squeezing. Sometimes when I have a pimple and I used bha on it, the pimple subsided quite a fair bit.

I used to be a guy who used cheap skincare product which less than $10 until my pimples accident happen! I tried Neutrogena , Garnier, Himalaya, Watson acne cream, and prescription from doctor but non of them is effective. My condition get worse. I even spent $400+ to go to New York Skin solution to seek for help but they are so hardselling and what i get back is one time collagen service and 5 bottles of small small essence!!!So sad... and angry..The first time i muster up enough courage and wanna look good but it is an epic failure 😞

Until i start selling/distributing ADEL sheep placenta and apple stem cell skincare series, i used skincare and understand it more. My pimples will not erupt every week and it is getting much better! Kudo to cell therapy . Check out more about apple stem cell technology if you would want here :http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/michelle-obama/6684364/Swiss-apple-is-key-to-Michelle-Obamas-youthful-looks.html

I don't. I understand that in order to achieve the desired SPF from a moisturizer with SPF you got to put a lot. Usually people won't coz sayang to use so much moisturizer. But I suppose if you are indoors most of the time, it might not matter so much.

Ladies, must share share with you all about this. Augmum mentioned about hydraulic acid in the past post, and the other day, I was at a watson and bought one to try. It really binds in the moisturiser well and skin feels more moisturised and softer after use. Lines also seems lesser. On the 1st day, it caused a few small outbreaks but when I started using the blemish spot gel on the oily prone-to-outbreak areas (nose, chin, etc.), it became perfectly fine. Have only been using for the last 3 days but can see a difference in skin texture πŸ˜‰ .

Augmum, :thankyou: for the tip. Really works for me! πŸ˜‚

Hi ladies, just to share, I have tried a very sunblock SPF50 which works for me. I have combination skin (oily T zone) & I tried many sunblocks in the market, most of them are too oily for me which causes breakdowns.

Anyone interested to know more, feel free to PM me…
