How about the tiny flies in the toilet, What are they called? Where to get rid of them? I have sealed my toilet window to prevent lizards from coming in and live on a high floor, am puzzled as to where they come from and I would really like to get rid of them.

If u r able to keep your washroom dry most of the time, they usually cannot breed. Think they breed around the trap area, esp if alot of hair gets caught on it...or corners where water tends to collect at.
How about flushing the floor with diluted bleach every 3~4 days? -
Besides using bleach, does anyone has tips to revert/ prevent white business shirt to turning into off-white colour? It is not the collar etc but the entire shirt is no longer as white as when they were bought

does anyone know how to remove fridge odours ?
I understand that activated charcoal can do the job, but where can I get it ? I believe the normal charcoal sold in NTUC or provision shop is not the activated type. -
Hi Cimman,
You might wanna try to buy some charcoal tablets from pharmacy (which meant for diarrhoea.Btw, I am not sure if it is available as over counter typed of medicine). Just pop them out from the blister pack (10's per pack) and put them in a small container and put the container in the fridge.
How many charcoal tablets to put in the fridge? That's depends on how 'smelly' the fridge is . Hope this help.

You can wrap a piece of charcoal (those used for bbq) in a piece of paper and put it right at the back of your fridge. The smell will filter through the paper and the charcoal will absorb it.
