Don’t understand the hangup about neighbourhood schools. What’s wrong with being in a neighbourhood school. My boys are from MBS, a SAP school. We live in the neighbourhood, so we count it as our neighbourhood school , though most people would not deem it as such. IMO, I think what’s more important is the school ethos, system and its teachers and whether your child fits in - and I would like to think that there are good teachers everywhere. -

Agree with your points. There is absolutely nothing wrong about being in neighbourhood school, nor how we define a neighbourhood school. I would definitely not drill into the diff abt school name, location, segregation etc here, as it is just a waste of our time here.
I’m stating that from what I read and assume, most kids already in the 9 school, would likely stay in the current school for GEP. Those stat are readily available. Those that are not from the current 9 schools, would be good to share so that we know the contribution of their schools to GEP, and which school they chose to go to.
