I think merely be jailed and fined with license suspended. Death penalty for car accidents i think quite rare right.. Don't rmb any actually

As long as it is not premeditated murder (you drive with intention to kill someone). Accidents will be accidents.. you can't hang someone bcoz of an \"accident\"....

I know of someone, drunk, drove a van on the opposite direction meant for one way and killed a young new driver. He was jailed for 3 years and suspended for driving for a certain period (can’t remember).

Yes the wife has already apologized BUT is her choice of using weibo to make the apology has left many to wonder why?

Is not that they are not planning to just hide and do not compensate as the wife said they will wait for the accident report before taking the next step.
