I used to have eczema and so did my son. We no longer have them.


We were given steroid creams and even though they were able to relief the itch and rashes, it would come back after a while.

I discovered that those things we are applying on the outside are just treating the symptoms of eczema. These creams don’t treat the causes of eczema.

The causes ranges from toxins in the body, contributed by the food and drinks we consumed, the polluted air we breathe in daily, the chemicals that is in contact with our skin. These toxins overloads the kidney and liver and the burden of detoxification falls on the skin, the largest organ in our body, resulting in skin problems such as eczema. Our modern diet is one that is acidic and will cause many forms of degenerative diseases. Most forms of hydration like bottled water and soft drinks are acidic and oxidizing, which causes our body to be acidic and also contributes free radicals in our body which is damaging to our cells and organs.

Stressful lifestyle is also a major contributor to eczema as you are not giving your body system the rest which it needs.

As the digestive system takes in nutrients so that the rest of the body functions properly including the skin. Eczema may be a signal that something is wrong with one’s gastrointestinal tract.

So before you run out and waste money to buy another cream or steroid, you need to get rid of the cause to your skin problem. One simple way is to change your drinking water which is what I have done for my family and it has helped me and my son. I am sure everyone can do that.

What kind of water do you use? My son also has ezema. I tried Hyflux filter but didnt help. For sometime, I also bought bottles of mineral water for him instead of drinking boiled tap water, didnt help much.

What u have said is exactly what my Chinese physician told me so I am taking some Chinese medicine that can strengthen the function of the kidney and liver. Could u explain how we can make our diet less acidic? What food and drinks should be avoid or cut down. I hv given up on the steroid creams after taking oral steroids for 3 times. Thank you.

I am not surprised that they didn't help. They do not have the properties that the water we are using has.

Cut down on beef, pork, shellfish, cheese, homogenized milk, wheat, pastries, peanuts, walnuts, chocolates, artificial sweeteners, beer, soft drinks, coffee, black tea. The list is not exhaustive.

You realised that some individuals when they eat those food mentioned above, their skin problem starts to flare up.

Our body pH is slightly alkaline at 7.365. pH7 is neutral. If it is off-balance, sickness and disease starts to set in. Because our diet are mainly acidic, we need alkaline food and water to keep our pH in balance. So good water is essential to keeping your body's pH in balance.

I am sharing my experience here with all parents. My 8 years old gal was diagnosed with Eczema at the age of 2. I had brought her to National Skin Centre hospital upteempth times but its treatment and steriod cream does not cure her rashes, especially when the weather changes her rashes got worst. A friend of mine introduce this Nutrition Food Supplement to me. The ingredients are vegetables and fruits, most importantly it contains Carotenoids. After taking the supplement for 1.5mths her eczema had reduced tremendously. Within 2 months, her rashes all disappeared and did not come back again. She is now a happy girl again.

My friend with Eczema had visited the Skin Centre for years but doesn’t seem to improve his condition. All they do is give him paraffin and steroid if the condition is really serious. He just started using this product: Eucerin: Soothing Lotion 12% Omega and It seems to help lighten the red rash.


But still doesn’t cure it completely yet. =(

I would say it’s Worth a try though. As it doesn’t contains steroid and is really moisturizing.
