A Dad got ard S$1 mill after finally sold some property from inheritance..
he wanted to give out small sum of $$ to children..
daugther say no, coz not right to take $$ from elders when they are still around.. but if ok, would prefer to borrow some to pay downpayment for condo(which she has been planning to buy since 6 years ago+dad knows), & will pay him back mthly with interest, using hdb rental..coz condo instalment is manageable(but lack the downpayment)..
dad said ok readily..
son+daughter-in-law, who had NEVER planned previously, to buy condo,suddenly also want to buy & ASKED to be GIVEN(NOT borrow!!) $500k, & bought within 2 days!! WITHOUT checking on how much bank loan they able to obtain..(NB: when dad needed $ to pay bank, both son+his wife were fast to give excuses+did not offer a single cent to help..only daughters helped!! YET they have to cheeks to ask for half a million!!)

Mum being bias towards son, been trying to 'stop' daughter+son-in-law from buying(Kept commenting the units they viewed not good etc), coz she not happy that dad is lending..& after finally bought,she's been trying to stop dad from handing $ to daughter..Daughter knows what she has been doing, but kept quiet..but mum tried to provoke her, in order to find excuses not to lend/release remaining amount..YET mum denys all her evil doings+said a lot of awful things like \"daughters are like water thrown out\" etc...Strain relationships so much that daughter was very hurt(coz mum has always been very bias+unfair to her, despite all that she has done for parents)+wanted to jump..but luckily was stopped by hubby..
& yet the mum+bro, who knew about it, can still play mahjong that very same day..(bro's wife took mahjong photos+put on Facebook purposely!!)

How should daughter face/treat/feel towards mum+bro??

anyway, for this son, answer is clear..don't need to wait till he has 1 million then ask him..NOT a single cent from him..
when his dad desperately need $$ to pay bank to 'keep' the inheritance property, this son+his wife gave crap excuses that they need their to renovate their new hdb flat for wedding, though wedding would be only 1 year later..wife said can't delay renovation, coz leave house for too long,will have ghost wor..but never see their house have any religious statue for praying leh.. yet she say till she so superstitious hor?
& NOW, after Dad managed to tide over difficulties with help from daughters, SON & wife have the cheeks to ASK for $500K!!! NOT borrow!!
