    different punishment for similar offence - why?

      recently read about Woffles incident in the papers, thought the fine handed out was kinda light.

        Hmmm....food for thought. Wonder how the authorities will respond to this. Or has the penalty gone up for offences like that? One in 2005 and the other 2008. :scratchhead:

                      maybe in this case, the judge took into consideration that the highly skilled plastic surgeon could have easily alter the look of another person to look exactly like him , so no point sending him/ imposter to the cell πŸ™‚

                        Can’t believe he said something about "many people similarly would not think this is an offence". HUh?? A highly qualified surgeon like him did not know making others take the rap is an offence?


                        Hope a heavier penalty will be meted out to him soon. That will send out the message that everyone is equal when it comes to the law.
