Need some advice for P3 Heuristics maths

My daughter scored average of 85 marks for her maths. However when there’s questions on Heuristics problem sums in Section C, her grade drop to 70++. I guess she had problem in Heuristics problems where she don’t understand the question. Do you think I should engage a tutor or send her for enrichment class? I checked with some establised centre on their course. It seems that they follow mostly based on the textbook syllabus but don’t really guide much on Heuristics question. How to teach Heristics problems with drawing models so that they can understand the question well? Thank you
