This latest development comes two years after the Commercial Affairs Department started a probe into the alleged misuse of church funds in May 2010.

Think the intent for the Crossover Project is good. Just don't understand why the finance of this project has to be done so complicated (e.g under the guise of donations, why transactions have to be done in cash etc)

That is because Sun Ho's career is a secular one. And local Charity law does not allow charity fund to be used for personal non charity projects, hence the complicated fund transfer to 'wash' the money first. If say Sun Ho's concerts are all done under the church's banner and all the proceeds return back to the church, then yes I agree the Crossover Project is done for good purpose. But this was not the case and I am sure some people are sore now their offering or tithe money were used to fund China Wine video.

All the Pharisees were so blinded by their so called 'devotion' to God that they failed to see the real God walking among them. I've just hoped this case does not cause the other Christians in good honest churches to be cynical and reduced their contributions to their churches.

be careful with those mega churches that keep preaching & placing heavy strong emphasis on \"Prosperity\" sermons all the time ! Besides City Harvest, there are a few other churches of such similar nature. Perhaps time for CDA to also start investigate these other churches.

These blind sheep / followers are worshipping their hero of charisma. They are being brain washed ... by those constant, consistent week after week lop sided bombarding sermons preached non stop on \"We want more Prosperity, Prosperity, Prosperity !\" . Their eyes are blinded, their ears have turned deaf ... they failed to see cunning, sly, sneaky \"wolves in sheep skin\" amongst them, at the helm of leadership in church.
