Just one parent needs to be a Methodist Church member to be eligible for Phase 2B.
You will need to produce a letter from the church stating the period of the church membership.

For phase 2B, there was no balloting last year but in the years before, balloting was conducted for applicants staying outside 2km.

for 2C, balloting was done within 1 to 2 km, last year.

Hi, I’ve not bothered to register as PV thinking that being a methodist church member will automatically allow me to be in phase 2B. Does this still apply or should i register to be a PV? Thanks.

If you or your husband is a Methodist Church member, your daughter will be eligible to register under Phase 2B.

You do not need to be a Parent Volunteer as both are in the same phase. All you need to do is to get the church to certify your membership, before you come for the P1 registration.
