Puff, Sorry but I do feel your post is frivolous.
I am not a buddhist but religion being a sensitive topic should be approached with respect even when we do not agree, understand or believe in practices.
There is beauty in world religions, let's live and let live.

But just to answer his question, in Buddhism, Life and Death are cycles everyone will go through........as for the karma part, it is difficult to fully explain especially if you are from different religion. But as Sun_2010 said, don't be frivolous. Have respect please!

Towards the end of his speech after trying to brainwash the audience that everyone must give before God returns the favour, KH asked the audience to give $100, then up the stake to $500, then $1,000, then $2,000 and FINALLY for those that God had spoken to their heart, they are told to \"empty everything you got\".

Cutting the story short, people are asked to give, give and give.

The whole speech is like a sales speech. We get alot of these in commercials like - it is not $1,000, not even $800, not even $600 if you buy online. Only for Today. Today only and only once you will find this offer, it is selling for $500......... You know what I mean
