Ok, maybe for some religions, masturbation is wrong, respect that.

Ask any ordinary adult man, is masturbation normal. Any what about
oral sex, that's still illegal under Singapore law but is it common?
As parents, if we censor all these sensitive issues, who can our
      children turn to ?
I don't know what's oral :censored: . Can please explain to me in a simpler form? XP

Anyway just curious to know, how do we know when we can masturbate?

Cause it's really damn disgusting and :censored: like :censored: :censored: and I don't really think we should be doing :censored: :censored:

Anyway, idk of any religions that think that :censored: is wrong. I'm Buddhist anyways :gloomy:

talking about puberty, my goingP4 boy chanced upon the Humans Reproduction system page on his Science guidebook and burst out laughing. i told him that his teacher will cover it in class in upper primary and he said he would want to read up first so that he can laugh at home and not burst out laughing in class when the teacher conduct lessons. 😓

ok, i am a girl. but my sch wanted tthe girls in our sch to know more about boys during puberty and what will they do and why. the teachers say thisis because they want us to understand more about the opposite sex and dont create any misunderstanding. can any boy tell me more about yourself??

              Interesting to have this thread.

But I think the sex education in school is just all theoretical, thus parents still need to support to know what is being taught & talk to the kids personally.

Recently, I’ve noticed that my 12yo’s son seem to get erection rather often. One day, he told me that he feels quite uncomfortable. Being a female, it started my journey to learn more abt boys puberty, asking friends who had older kids, surfing internet & of cos talking to my hub. With all these, I armed myself with some knowledge to reinforce the info that school shared. Why it happens? How it happens? Till when it happens? Am glad I learnt more too.

I think sometimes in school, the boys may only know it, but will not really know how it feels till it hits them. So stay by your kids & support accordingly.

As for masturbation…hmmmm, this topic I’ve yet to find out more but keen to know how parents will share this topic with your child.

DH & I would want to encourage SPORTS to my boys to "burn off energy". Boys at this age have abundance energy, thus need to channel it to the right place, else when bored, one may channel it to "pleasure" oneself 7 get addicted.

More parents share pls…let’s learn & nurture our kids tog.

Interesting thread…though my ds2 is only 7 years old.

My dd1 is 12 years old and I have gone through a very thorough sex education with her. My prinicple is that I rather she hears it from me than from someone else. I do not think the school teachers will (or can?) be so explicit. So I am very open to her and she knows a lot at her age. She is also not curious to find out more. If she wants to know more, she just asks me.

I hope I can be so open to my ds2 too when the time comes.

LOL. Personally I think the DS will be in a SUPER awkward position if their parents suddenly talk to them about sex education.

I don't find myself having abundance energy, I wake up every morning feeling like some dead person going to school. 😂

My parents don't talk to me about all this. It gets both sides VERY awkward...

Moreover I don't even like... well, you know... fap (another phrase for m****).

I don't even have the ability to do so even if I want to. Wonder how those people do it :X

LOL. Just being curious. Don't label me as a perverted person asking how do you masturbate.

Sure is masturbate or not? Don't jump to conclusions if you haven't walked into the toilet and saw him doing that.

Maybe he's just having constipation recently that's why he's in the toilet for so long :X

My DS also spent long time in toilet. He will read book/papers while doing his \"business\". :frustrated:
So may be your DS studying hard while doing his \"business\"?
