Zhangde and Gan Eng Seng Pri having almost similar take up rate.Keeping my finger cross on CHIJ Kellock at Phase 2C.Notice that between 1-2km quite many new flats coming up.Like Pinaccle Duxton,Havelock Green and Kim Tian Green.
