Anyone one here feels that the P1 math is a bit tough for your DS?

Any parents need after school care can pm me.

Hi, I need help for someone to pick up my daughter in the afternoon session at Jurong West Primary School. The person who pick up my daughter has to be a mother (female), preferably with child studying at Jurong West Primary School. Thereafter, I will pick her up at your unit. As for payment, we can negotiate later. Anyone who is keen, please pm me.
Thanks -
Hi, anyone attending the P1/P2 chinese speech and drama performance next week?
My boy is pretty excited over the performance, not sure what he is performing. -
Yes, heard about it. DD's group will be presenting Di Zi Gui.

SAHM2KIDS:
Yes, heard about it. DD's group will be presenting Di Zi Gui.

Will you be there?
Btw, how's your gal? Enjoying being a prefect? The P2 prefects look so \"professional\", whenever I see them in school, executing their duties... -
Hi

Will be there. Must support them.
DD is doing fine. How about your DS ? More homework ?
This term no more Show and Tell, they going to have Digital Story Telling using Ms Power Point. They learning Power Point in school.
-
Hi, good to know you are going too. Yes, must support them, they spent lots of time and effort on the performance. In fact, the principal puts lots of emphasis on public story telling and speech & drama, to build the kids’ confidence. I think this is good.
My DS is enjoying every bit of school, yes, homework almost everyday. But he is coping fine.
Using PPT for story telling, yes, heard about it…good for the kids, to learn PPT at such young age.
So SAHM2KIDS, are you enrolling your no. 2 to JWPS next year? We have decided to enrol my no. 2 there, since the school’s upgrading is completing soon with so many new facilities. I am thinking of placing my kids into the BASC. -
I am glad to hear that your son is happy with the school. I will definitely enrol my no. 2 to the same school but no intention to put him in BASC.
Notice quite a lot of changes this year. The principle is more focusing on the kids confidence and character development which I feel is good for the kids. -
I think so too. Recently, my DS came home with a task to write a story on Respect. I need to explain to him what is and how to go about writing it. Apparently, they will be asked to tell the story in class. In the process, they will learn what and how to show respect.
