Currently giving my 3 children the Scotts Pure cod liver oils capsule daily. I always bought my supply and others medication at a shop at Chinatown. If anyone wish to know the shop name and location, do PM me. This shop is selling medication much more cheaper than outside. Trust me, lots of people went there daily.

Just started giving my kids Nordic cod liver oil on the recommendation of a friend…it’s very pure and has DHA, Vit A, D and E.

Scotts original smells fishy…so no point getting it. The orange flavor is ok once a while. Whatever can boost the brain and immunity now is on my list of MUST-HAVE.

Is Iherb a US website? I want to consider the manuka honey for my child but 4 bottles would be 2kg already. Unless I order separately.. Hmmm..

Yes, it is a U.S. website.

Definitely order separately. During such promo, I normally order separate boxes so that I can avoid paying for shipping. Just adjust the weight of the items to fit the 4 pounds or less limit & u will be fine 🙂

Feel free to PM me if u hv more qns on ordering from iHerb. I order from them very frequently.

Can kindly advise where do you usually get the Nordic cod liver oil for kids? I went to the pharmacies (Unity, Guardian, Watson) but they do not stock this.

                  Thanks.

It's available at Vitakids at United Square or Forum Shopping Mall. But it's at least 30-40% more expensive.

Alternatively, you may consider using Efalex which is Omega 3 & 6, as it has done trials for its efficacy. For older kids, it's in capsule form and for younger kids in syrup. Efalex is available at Watsons & Guardian but not iherb.

I've been using another brand called Carlson's DHA as my kids prefer the taste. At the end, you need to compare the amount of DHA & EPA per capsule.

My kids take Nordic Naturals fish oil (which has Omega 3-6-9) : http://www.iherb.com/m/Nordic-Naturals-Omega-3-6-9-Junior-Lemon-Flavor-500-mg-180-Chewable-Soft-Gels/12772?at=1

You can check the amount of DHA, EPA etc in each capsule under supplement facts in the above link.

If you need a code for USD10 off applicable for a first time buyer, let me know.

                        Hi hi!

My DS hasn’t been drinking FM nor fresh milk since he weaned off BM when he was 2.5yo. He’s 4yo now. He doesn’t like to drink milk at all.

                        Any calcium supplements recommended?
