    How to get rid of Eczema scars?

      Hi, previously a polyclinic doctor prescribed a cream for my dd's 'eczema' and these wound heal but they left with black scar. How can I get rid of these black marks? :roll: Any creams to recommend?

        You can try Fade Out cream.

          Unfortunately, the eczema is likely to occur many times again, so perhaps you can try to work on best prevention methods. I find that pure aloe vera gel is very good for this. It is not oil-based and dries very quickly. It also have healing properties which might do some good for scars. Also, topical vitamin E application will help to reduce scars. Hope this helps
