Healthy dressing as well. Soya sauce, sesame oil, pepper and lime. Aside from lettuce, you will need young ginger (grated/julienned), red cut chilli and fried shallots. If you want you can add toasted sesame.

No, japanese pancake/pizza. Pretty healthy too as base is made up of lots of cabbage in a light batter of flour and eggs. Toppings can be to your preference.

No lah, not 厉害. I am just one for those very lucky fellas who have a very good helper and very flexible work schedule. Anyway, most of the dishes are done during the weekends.
