Heard Ngee Ann getting more popular than Tao Nan…any parent want to comment?

What is probability of ballotting then in Phase 2c of NAPS?

:scratchhead: exceptionally quiet in Marine Parade this year as compared to other years.

I heard a parent within 1km-2km range managed to squeeze into the ballot box at Tao Nan. So how transparent is the whole process?
