Sorry my son is at P5 with the HCL, but just to check out the crowd of parents on Saturday waiting outside of Hua Cheng whose children maybe most from the lower primary. It seems tht it's more welcomed than its neighbour. You may want to check with them directly.

In PSLE 2011, Hua Cheng scored 100% A & A* [think it’s for students who attended both their CW and paper 2 classes]. That’s a fantastic achievement by my books.

But that’s because their students all need to take a placement test before enrolling.

No, according to their counter, the admission diagnostic test is not a must which can be relaced by the latest school test paper results. The mean aim is to know better about the weakness of the kid for better grouping and progress tracing purpose.

i have asked about k2 and P1 classes at the same time, and also look through the material of them. For K2 , They teach the P1 Text book vocab, and sentences, and also a short comprehension, and the lady tell me most of their K2 child can read chinese story book alone!

The lady also showed me around, the education centre have alot of activity and programmes to make the children enjoy in learning chinese. And i noticed my dd likes the story books which place on the rack!im happy to see she is trying to read chinese story book!I think here is a good starting point for her!

                        Hi LisaAnne,

I am also worring about my girl, she is going to be P1 in the comming year. But she never took any cource for chinese yet, i am afraid she will not be able to deal with the chinese when she in P1.
As I also heard from my friend that hua cheng is good, can you share something more about huacheng of their k2/p1 classes? And have you signed up with them for your dd and how?
                        Thanks in advance!! 😂
