I remember some counsel charging about $100-$200 per hours only. Is it true?

That rate cannot be SC. Maybe a senior lawyer?

Court fees separate hor! Court fees could be 2 or 3k per session. But not sure how much SC charges though.

The court is free for first 2 sessions. If third or more days are needed, then it is 2 or 3K more per session.[/quote]Straits Times reported that Senior Councils charge between $1,000-1,300 per hour and leagl fees may exceed $1million each for the accused.

Who is footing the bill? Taxpayers' money for the government prosecutors, of course!

Alamak, I was referring to SCs' legal fees for d 'famous' five.

I was reminding people that their taxes also contribute to this court case. So we are all paying for it.

Either stand on the side of our SG State, or stand the other side ; support this gang of 6.

                  the report states that:-
\" The offence of criminal breach of trust carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail, and/or a fine.

For the charge of falsifying accounts, the accused may be punishable with a life sentence, or jail of up to 20 years and a fine.\"

Wee just gave birth. For the sake of baby, think she'll fight all the way.

Even if we take the side of our SG State, and watch the gang of 6 get convicted, do people seriously think that it will stop Mdm Ho from looking for her next group of financial investors to support her next ‘crossover’ project? I can tell she is so fully convinced her ‘crossover’ project is successful such that even if this gang go to jail for misappropriating funds, (good) life goes on for her.

If gang of 6 convicted by government officials led them to cross over to jail because of her, will her Hollywood dreams crash?
