It's in West Coast. School also produced students with good scores last yr. With the condo developments there, will not be surprised that Qifa will gain popularity over the next few yrs. Not everyone can \"squeeze\" into Nanhua and some parents take this sch as a fallback .

I'm one of the parents who failed in balloting for Nanhua and opted for Qifa. It's a great consolation to hear this good news ! Somemore, got another younger one ......hehe
