If i am not wrong once a person is served an arrest warrant, the police is free to seize any assets or items as evidence.

If i am not wrong once a person is served an arrest warrant, the police is free to seize any assets or items as evidence.

Arrest warrant has to be substantiated/justified by sufficient evidence too.

The enforcement acts only when they are reasonably confidence.. not whack first and hope evidences exists..

It has to be seen to be so to keep d populace on their toes.
