Arrest warrant has to be substantiated/justified by sufficient evidence too.ChiefKiasu:
I'm only curious to find out how on earth the prosecution is able to come out with such a detailed list of charges, from the items and \"prices\" to the exact dates and accounts of the \"trysts\". It's unlikely such info will be volunteered by either party involved. Someone's very unhappy about these two people, that's for sure. There's much more than meets the eye, folks. Don't take things at face value.
If i am not wrong once a person is served an arrest warrant, the police is free to seize any assets or items as evidence.
The enforcement acts only when they are reasonably confidence.. not whack first and hope evidences exists.. -
I just keep thinking why waste taxpayersโ money over this kind of cases. Can NUS not handle it on their own? Why CPIB and court case and all?

d legwork has been done at CPIB before going to AGC whether to proceed with charges.
Interrogation techniques n collaboration fr multiple sources at CPIB level.
Involved parties may not admit at first shot, but will succumb when confronted with 'evidences'.
Not difficult to obtain n cfm those details once one party breaks down. -
TNP more fierce... Put her pic on front page... Sibei jiat lat...
