Hi guys, as of 12 pm the figure is unchanged, at 27 SC applicants for 27 places. From 12-4.30 pm the figure is still unavailable. Need to wait for MOE website or to call PH again at 5+ pm. Any idea when will MOE website be updated?
Confirm balloting if none withdraws. Saw parents coming out of the auditorium when I was in school this afternoon. One was busy calling another school enquiring about the available vacancies. -
I called. Latest 28 SC <1km 4 SC 1-2km. Good luck to those <1km ones. No luck for my DS.

Still a good chance for those within 1km.
Last yr's balloting succesful rate was 75.4% which was better than my expectation. The yr before was ard 64.7%. Even with 40 applicants, it's still better than the yr before and most other schools surrounded by HDBs.

Congrats. Heard your ds ran his heart out and got excellent result today
This time round my ds didn't run as fast ... so he got 2 more attempts left to make it to the sch team.
Really hope he can deliver a good performance next week.
Come to think about it, how nice if both of them can make it to the sch team together.

Tempura, why do you foresee a surge in applications tmr? This is contrary to past year trends where first day usually sees the most while last 2 days will be minimal increase in no. of applicants.

sacagious, sixth sense lol and also i guess alot of parents are in a wait n look see mode till the very last day..
hopefully im wrong.. -
Look see mode unlikely to be <1 km since they stand the highest chance. probably 1-2 km will adopt wait n see approach. that’s my guess.

Suppose another 5 more register tmr and 3 more on Wed for < 1 km, that means total 31 applicants for 27 places then still not that bad.
It really turned out to be 5 more today for <1 km. yest was 23 and today is 28. -

those 1-2km will not have a chance to ballot so i think more of <1km?
