Agree.. Chances are much higher than at hpps -

The couple must have had a place at Henry Park cos they cannot be within 1km of both schools. Since their final application is for RGPS, it is logical to assume that try have already gotten a place at an earlier phase and they feel that they are unlikely to be the unlucky 43rd one to be balloted out next Tuesday. So they chose the school closest to where they stayed. -
Yes the husband was an old boy of hpps, so they had registered in phase 2A.

I saw the last Indian couple that went in to register. I was so happy as I swing by to check the latest status and as I was getting into the car, saw the Indian couple parked in front of me and went to the registration. Ya C180, I'm so frustrated. Thought just nice 42 spaces for 42 applicants!!!!! What a let down!!!!!
Hmmmm....exceed by one only, maybe Rgps will just take in all 43.... Then no need to ballot!

Out of 46, only 43 are within 1km.
