Nanyang only 28 applicants vying for 25 places within 1 km. How come PH so high? Too many new condos in the area?
To get a HDB in Toh Yi, one must be prepared to pay ard $600k! Even if one has the money, there is no selection at all. Reason being there are less than 5 units on sale for 4/5-rm. Keke. . all of us waiting for the MRT to be ready!
This may be good news for those registering in the next few years.
My dream of having a lift finally materialized. MRT not that attractive with so many breakdowns. Perhaps the shopping mall is more appealing. -

Asking for about 100k cash. -

Finally have some time to read the PHPPS thread.
Just a word for parents going for balloting, I wished all of you the best and hopefully you guys will be able to get a place in PHPPS. It’s an excellent school.
However, in the event the some did not make it, BTPS is not a bad alternative.
It just happen to be a good neighbourhood school situated among the top schools in Bukit Timah.
Just my 1 cent view.
