2 years ago 68 applicants within 1km. Last year was 57. Do you consider 39 as high now?
Again, for NY, it was around 50 for last year. I guess the decrease partly due to the increased housing cost.
To get a HDB in Toh Yi, one must be prepared to pay ard $600k! Even if one has the money, there is no selection at all. Reason being there are less than 5 units on sale for 4/5-rm. Keke. . all of us waiting for the MRT to be ready!
This may be good news for those registering in the next few years. -
Vacancies in relation to the number of applicants? Last year was 74% this year is 69%. Even though 39 is a small figure but the vacancies is also smaller compared to last year’s, no?

My dream of having a lift finally materialized. MRT not that attractive with so many breakdowns. Perhaps the shopping mall is more appealing. -

Asking for about 100k cash. -
