2 years ago 68 applicants within 1km. Last year was 57. Do you consider 39 as high now?

Again, for NY, it was around 50 for last year. I guess the decrease partly due to the increased housing cost.

To get a HDB in Toh Yi, one must be prepared to pay ard $600k! Even if one has the money, there is no selection at all. Reason being there are less than 5 units on sale for 4/5-rm. Keke. . all of us waiting for the MRT to be ready!

This may be good news for those registering in the next few years.

Vacancies in relation to the number of applicants? Last year was 74% this year is 69%. Even though 39 is a small figure but the vacancies is also smaller compared to last year’s, no?

A friend of mine with 2 already in PH wants to buy a flat in Toh Yi. She stays in Yishun. Only avail units are those meant for \"others\". COV is just $10K!
My dream of having a lift finally materialized. MRT not that attractive with so many breakdowns. Perhaps the shopping mall is more appealing.

Asking for about 100k cash.
