I do not recommand this school. My child is in this school...terrible! :gloomy:
-
How is it terrible?
-
I called the school teacher about a concern I had with my child and request to meet and discuss with him. Before we could meet up, he told my child that he has BETTER THINGS TO DO than to meet his parent. The teacher did not mention anything when meet us. We only got to know at the end of the day when my child came back from school.
(This is one of the many ‘terrible’ things I have encounter!) -
Any more review of this school?

Hi,
I’m in the midst of choosing a sec sch for my DS.
Would like to get some feedback about this sch from existing or ex-parents from this sch.
TIA -
Can I have feedback from existing or ex-parents for this school?
How are the teachers and the students? Is it a good school from neighborhood schools? -

A student scored 261 for 2013 PSLE and opt to study in Evergreen Sec in 2014 Sec 1. Wise move!
An extract from the article: 去年的这个时候,吴微琳就读小学的很多师长和同学都觉得她“浪费”了这难得的高分,但在她和父亲吴保伶(68岁,德士司机)看来,却是最“划算”的选择。
吴保伶说:“我的女儿可以去任何一所中学,但这一所最适合我们,最靠近我们家。如果去远一些的学校,单程就要花一个小时,来回就是两个小时;一年365天就是730个小时。有谁能拿出这么多时间做功课?” -
above pupil with Psle T-score 261 chose to go O level, instead of IP
with 261 : she could have entered RGS IP, since cut off point was 258 (RGS).
Instead, she chose Evergreen Secondary school O level -

I think nowadays the newspaper reports tend to highlight those who have stellar results and go to neighbourhood sec schools. All schools are good schools if more academically-inclined students follow the path to go neighbourhood schools.
