        phtthp:
is there any SC PV under 2B didn't get into SCGS this year, or ALL PV got in ?

if there is an SC PV under 2B didn't get in -
normally they're given priority over 2C in recognition of their \"contribution\" to school, should a vacancy arise - since now no more P1 admission tests.
If the principal deem fit to accord priority based on past contribution, the basis of the decision should be recorded in the waitlist book. It may cause much unhappiness. Eg. Many people say a popular school along Bt Timah is known to admit kids by the backdoor who had failed to get in under P2B but whose parents later gave substantial donation to earn the right to be admitted first once a vacancy arises. :scratchhead: 🤷

          P1 mummy:
As I stated earlier in my previous post - I shall indeed move heaven and earth should my daughter lose out on entry to SCGS. Interestingly, even if she does get in, there are a few people who will take the lead into such investigations and it's not just the straits times reporter who contacted me via email. I have it from a good source that the home team and MoE PS shall be looking into this whole fraudulent address use.

I promise that I will spare no expense or energy in outing those who deprive my girl her entry into her local school due to those illegally using a fraudulent address. This is not a threat it is a promise!
Hot weather these days.. so betta get all the herbal tea before they all get moved.

          http://i46.tinypic.com/xenzhu.jpg\">

          Cheers!

If Heaven & Earth indeed runs out, we still got Ribena in here. šŸ˜‰ Ribena48.

I heard there was one PV who was balloted out this year (staying >2km fom SCGS). I was told there are only 5 PVs in P2B this year. So minus this unfortunate soul only 4 PVs got in through P2B. The rest are GRLs!

A friend's friend who is a GRL staying >2km got in through ballot, very lucky indeed!

I agree PVs should be given priority on the waitlist and I will do that if I were the Principal.

Though a little notti but a timely little teasing helps to ease the tension for those going for balloting tomorrow. šŸ˜„

                      of course she is

many are supporting her by supplying herbal tea (Heaven & Earth brand)

please read reply from ksp member who works in MOE

there is a distinction between whistle blowing with substantiated information, versus abuse of power and authority to get your friends in MOE to divulge personal particulars......couldn't be more explicit than this ....... gosh ... stones coming my way ...... šŸ¦† šŸ¦† :siam:

I'm glad to see people are discussing the morality of applying using false information. With regards to 'obtaining the information'

                        (1) I am not stupid enough to divulge such accurate information about a school administrator that identifies him/her so easily nor the MOE employee..this is just to highlight that there a few people who are in the system who will anonymously assist when they seen such wrong things happening....the truth will out eventually...

                        (2) I stated:
\"I have a very close friend working in the legal department of MOE and he is good friends with one of the vice-principals of SCGS. The final list of 29 parents is easily obtainable.\"

The first sentence is not linked to the second sentence...they are separate. What you imply by it is up to you.

If you cheat...you will be caught!
                        certainly have all the connections
                        ęœ‰å…³ē³»å°±ę²”å…³ē³»
                        ę²”å…³ē³»å°±ęœ‰å…³ē³». :rotflmao:

will it be abuse of power / authority to help a friend ?
