          vvwil:
Can anyone help to advise me which school is better :

          1) Cedar or
          2) Anderson Sec

Between these 2 schools, very difficult to decide. Thank you[/i]
          Hi vvwil,
I would go for cedar. Girls' school, less distraction. Moreover:
          Level Two Award
          ● SAA (Academic Value-added) (Special/Express)
          Level One Award
          ● AA (Academic Value-added) (Special/Express) - Gold

          whereas for Anderson:
          Level One Award
          ● AA (Academic Value-added) (Normal) - Bronze
          ● AA (Academic Value-added) (Special/Express) - Bronze

Nanhua cop is 243. Some forummers speculate that this year’s cop will reduce, while some say will increase, so I’m also clueless. Sori.

My child is in a dilemma, should she pick crescent girls’ secondary or Cedar girls’ school. Which is a better school overall besides just basing on the cut off point.

                Hi lost,

check out this link. Both schools are very similar. So maybe can consider stuff like distance, school uniforms, cca, music programs etc.

I think Cedar has a longer history of being a good school.

                  Cresent is a future school.

cedar put more emphasis on sports. perfect if yr gal is sporty.
read fr the papers that the sch specially allocates a wkday for 1 hr or so for doing \"physical exercises\" for all teachers and students (seems like compulsory)

crescent is more on innovation and IT.
sch of the future using PC tablet teaching, teaching modules all loaded in the tablet, can learn at own pace. (but pupils have to pay ard $3000 for the tablet  )

                        There is no harm trying.

Last year, not all who score 262 got into RI. Although what we see on our result slip is a whole number, among all 262, there is still ranking (in terms of decimal point).

You can always put RI as first choice, and carefully consider your 2nd choice.
