I have wrote in to MOE regarding my case of rejection and request a investigation regarding Clan route priority to PV and GV at MTS for P2B.


There is an auto reply, mentioned they will get back to me in 3 days.

Just hope MOE will entertain my request.

Dear Concern parents on Clan route for MTS,

I got a \"standard\" reply from MOE yesterday.

\"Dear Mr. xxx,

Thank You for your email on 3 Aug 2012.

We would like to thank you for taking your time.... ..

As such, we will be forwarding your email to the school principal for their attention and repsond to you directly\"

Seem like MOE will not be interfering with MTS selection process on PV/GV/Clan.

I foresee the school will respond on their standard template 10 years serials answer.

Will keep all posted once MTS replied.

Need advise from all experience parents here, if u are staying at another district but moving to punggol in 2 years time.will you register your kid into a school at punggol or the district you currently lives.


Plus if both parents are working and main care giver are their grandparents staying outside Punggol, what will you choose?

School in punggol or current location nearer to grandparents lives?

similar predicament as mine, i stay at SK, already brought punggol new flat ready only in 2015, but my child is need to enrol in 2014?

So can i apply for punggol school within 1km? showing proof of purchased address?

Yes you can. Just need to show the sales agreement

My place in Punggol will also be ready in 2015 (hopefully earlier) and my DS will be in P1 in that year too.

I will be using my sales agreement as proof that I will be staying there is it is still not ready for move-in by then.

My PIL are staying in Serangoon so I will put DS in the in-house after-school student care as both me and DH are working.
