MOE state that \"every school is the same\". However, PSLE results above proved otherwise.

Thus, MOE may consider rotate current Head of Department (for 4 subjects) every 3 to 5 years from each branded hot, popular school to average neighbourhood schools, help to establish common Best Practices methodology implementation across schools that are weak in a particular subject.

Since MGS Subject HOD so strong in languages, can consider post them to neighbourhood schools, every 3 to 5 years.

            example:
            i) Chinese
MGS Chinese HOD can be posted / rotated by MOE, to help St Andrew Junior.

            ii) English
MGS English HOD can be posted / rotated by MOE, to help Bukit Timah.

            iii) Maths
MGS Maths HOD can be posted / rotated by MOE, to help St Margaret.

            iv) Science
MGS Science HOD can be posted / rotated by MOE, to help Mee Toh.

MOE may also consider invite and hire back semi retired / retired Principals, Vice Principals, Subject HOD with many years of rich, extensive experience from hot, popular schools back to work on contract assignment basis -
ie. plant them in the average neighbourhood primary schools, tap upon their rich valuable experience(s) many years to hand hold and train the younger, junior inexperienced teachers from average neigbhourhood schools the best Practices motivational teaching method(s) cum curriculum, in 4 subjects. Then monitor the effectiveness from there on.

For co-ed schools, you may want to look at schools in other areas too.

For SC, be rational and avoid ballot. If you are unlucky you will end up in P3. but you can per MOE website

NB. St Marg 1 SC, the other 25 PR has no time to withdraw and register at another sch due to last min registration by SC.
Not too sure if there are any PR that did not withdraw from the other schools but the number should be negligible.

Those SC>2km from CHIJ OQLOP should be at the school to monitor their chances. You would be booted out or going for ballot if someone stays within 2km turns up.
Canossa Convent can accomodate another 14SC.
St Gabriel can take in another 4SC.
Many places in Montford Junior, Bukit Timah, Stamford and Balestier Hill.
