Yoga is a best exercise for the kids.

It is very helpful to improve their physical fitness and boost their mental abilities.
I send my children to yoga club to learn different yoga exercises and they are learning these yoga exercises quickly.

Somewhere nearer to novena or bishan area? Parkway is way too far for my kids.

There is a centre called Kids In Flow at Goldhill Plaza. They run kids workshops (Anger management issues, etc) as well as Kids Yoga classes there. My DD has attended some classes there to improve her speech and I heard the yoga classes are quite enjoyable. You can check them out.

I think Amanda marga has free trial lessens for kids, why don’t try and decide whether it suits your kid or not.

When I was looking for yoga classes, took the trial they offered (parent is allowed to sit for the first class).Since I cannot answer your question 100%,it’s better to do the trial and decide.

Sometimes they may have a combined lesson(teens class + kids class),so if you prefer to take up trial for your kid it’s better to avoid the combined class.

I will highly recommend Ohmsantih yoga for kid's yoga. My 2 boys have been there for 2 years + now and they have amazing improvements in their attention span and motor skills. Health improvement is apparent as well. Teacher war war is fantastic and she has got amazing ways to manage my 2 boys, who are totally different in characters. No regrets! 🙂

I personally have not tried Ohmsantih yoga.. but my ex-colleague has send his son there.. he said that he noticed his son having less bad temper..and less likely to \"daze off\" after the yoga classes.. sounds useful!
