uhm. for english dance (eds) they learn differnt kinds of dance. jazz, hip hop, etc.
maybe she could take music then.
thks for yr suggestion. i think dance is the only CCA suitable for her whichever school she goes to.
btw, what \"uhm\" stands for..........word found in yr posting -
uhm=erm
like when you think you go erm... yea.

hi hugehugesmileyface and summer12345hugehugesmileyface:
i highly recommend dunman high. the learning environment is really engaging. and the teachers are very responsible. the school environment is nice too. cool facilities and stuff.
you daughter should come. maybe i could get to know her and elp her around.
hi hugehugesmileyface and summer12345
a big thank u for passing by dhs and responded to my questions.
my dot is seriously considering dhs or nygh, (just like yr choices) provided her t-scores don't drop below expectations.........
otherwise, go back to drawing board and start all over again......haha
Now, the results are all known..........
before that, i told myself not to think abt the choices till gal got her results(can buy time)
now, cannot don't think, have to make choices soon
still undecide whether to put DHS or NYGH as 1 st choice
asked my gal again, she said.......\" anything loh......both also good\"
equal to no answer......

[/quote]Personally, I feel if she's willing to study very hard and if travelling is not a problem, choose nygh.

hi summer
Personally, I feel if she's willing to study very hard and if travelling is not a problem, choose nygh.
yes, i got more pple telling me to choose NYGH over DHS.
but.......but gal's heart is titled towards DHS (prob too deep impression of the newly built campus)
and also to tell u that she don't belong to the cat. of pupils who works and study very hard.
she did a comparison chart herself with all the positive and negative points of each sch, and don't know how she ended up with more positive points under DHS :?
did a small \"experience\" with her, trying to test her
telling her to choose betw a white ball (rep DHS) and a pink ball (rep NYGH).......
she picked the white ball trying to cheat me with one of her eyes opened....
haha.........u see...........i immediately knew the answer.
off course, i can insist.....but
anyway, still got 2 more days for her to change her mind. -
Augmum:
DHS is ok if she chooses to go there but next time in JC, HC will give her better resources etc. When she moves on to HC at the 5th year, she will also meet other ppl from other schs instead of staying with the same 400 ppl in DHS for 6 years. Good for socialising and networking. Also, no offence to other Dunmanians (since I'm one myself), putting HC on my portfolio/resume does and did give me better opportunities. But I admit I had a more enjoyable time in DHS. So now it's abt choosing a more practical option or not

Actually never study really hard never mind since I'm not very hardworking as well (but the rest are so there will be peer pressure) hahaha just survive and do well for A's is enough since that's what matters in the end when entering uni. -
summer,
i let my gal read yr lastest posting, she was quick to point out this
But I admit I had a more enjoyable time in DHS.
told her..........since she 's the one who chooses this sch, she better don't regret 4 yrs down the road, when it comes to JC yrs. -
yea. i admit the JC is new here. lesser experience and HCI is definitely really good.
if it was me i definitely wouldn't mind nygh but i chose dhs over nanyang.
i don't know why, maybe new campus? ahahahahaha.
both is good.
how much did she get? -
