Happy Call Korean Frying Pan
-
Different model. Isetan may not carry all models.
-
Whats the differences in the different models? Thought all the same?

Happy Call produces a number of pans…
1. Standard Pan (Red) 55mm
2. Deeper pan 70mm
3. Ocher Deeper pan 70mm (5 layer coating instead of normal 3) (Brown)
4. Jumbo pan 85mm(?)
etc…
ps: dimension may not be accurate… I just want to show the different type of Happy Call pans… -

Are the ones sold in gmarket genuine? There's this brown one they sell but not sold in Isetan... So does it mean they're fake?
I think you mean the deeper ocher pan? Looks authentic to me - I have two
bought from gmarket.

My mom just bought two HAPPYCALL pans. One of them is the brown one and the other one is the diamond-based wok.
Both are really good. I tried frying an egg on the diamond-based wok with cheese. It could slide about freely and did not stick to the pan. -

It's genuine stuff. My mom bought it at Takashimaya.Shoe:

Saw the brand Happy Call frying pan in carrefour at plaza singapura.
I didn't own any of these pans.
Just to let those who want to know where to buy them.
By the way, its one month ago, I happened to see them while I was there with my family.
:boogie:
Figure out that I write cold storage instead of carrefour, so has now change to carrefour.

Hi
Does anyone know Happycall Deeper Red Pan HC08-014 (27.5x24.5x7.5cm) is it authentic. It can be redeem from OCBC$ credit card reward. -
Need help from Happy Call Pan experts here!
I got the Happy Call Pan after hearing all the rave reviews, but found it disappointing as when I cooked chicken or salmon, the pan would smoke and the kitchen smells as if I was bbq-ing food, and when I flipped the pan , the oil and grease would drip out on the stove. Also when I open the pan to check on the done-ness of the food, the oil would drip out again from the "drain". This occurs even when I never add oil to the salmon.
The mess I have to clean on the stove and the splatter when I open the pan to check on the food, and the oily kitchen floor is worse than when i stir-fry!
Am I doing something really wrong?? -
Hi jnj0910,
From your description, it is indeed messy. When I tried cooking with my Happy Call, it’s quite neat. The smell is minimal & the oil drains tidily to the retainer. Is your Happy Call pan faulty? Could you check with the store you bought it from?
