      Not sure why too…

Nearest MRT to Thomson is Marymount while Novena branch would be Novena.
Can call and check slots and KIV.

        Hi

Anyone has any comments on Teacher Jessica at Novena branch?

        Hi,

I found Teacher Jessica not too bad, as in she knew how to get my gal to pay attention to her lesson and motivated her as well.

Have you sign up for your child?
If not, could I be your referral? πŸ™‚

        Hi cleo
        Thanks for sharing πŸ˜„ ...
I have seen Teacher Jessica before, she seems really smiley and friendly. Which level is your DD in?
I m still deciding... in any case, someone has alrdy \"chomped\" me if i were to sign up... πŸ˜„

            Hi cleo

Has your gal been with Teacher Jessica for long?
What do you thk of their Success program? Besides the normal grammar/vocab/compre coverage, do they actually teach compo writing / sentence structuring in P1?

              Hi Cleo,

Do you think Novena branch is good? I have been looking one for my daughter.

              Kovan is out for us.
              Hi Charmine_chong,

So far I only tried Novena branch, so unable to tell if it is good.
I'm quite happy with them; be it location or their staffs.

Hi, any teachers to recommend at the Lcentral Kovan branch? Thinking of enrolling my girl there.

And if I sign up, anyone wants to be my referrer?

                      Hi Kiasu Parents,

I read thru all the discussion and heard +ve feed back on LC. My DD just turn 3 yrs last month so bring her to LC for assess they put her in foundation class. Last week we went for trial, teacher told me they did 2 letters \"F\" and \"S\" sound + some art & craft + colouring and some games which all is fine to me and my DD enjoy it very much. I am thinking to sign her up, on the 2nd thoughts, she is in full day childcare. Aren't they do the same things when she is there? Is it doubts?

Maybe I should send her to some other classes for brain development? e.g. shichida etc.... I am just thinking maybe brain training for 1 yrs then send to LC when she is about 4+ yrs.:scratchhead:

I need some advice, appreciate if anyone can share your thoughts. thanks
Alot of children go childcare and still can't read. LCentral Foundations/Launchpad is by ability basis and children are promoted as and when they are ready... for the reading programme (Liftoff). After Liftoff reading programme, they are then promoted to PFS (Preparation for School) in which they learn how to write composition... and other P1 syallabus...

So of course if you start early... your child can jolly well be able to read and so on by P1...
